The Alpha One Trading System can also used for subjective analysis of markets and trading issues.

 

There is one indicator to look at.

 

The indicator displays all factors which are affecting the underlying issue.

 

The indicator can display following condition:

 

1. In bullish or bearish territory
2. Sloping up or down
3. Displaying an overbought or oversold condition
4. Crossing from bullish to bearish condition or bearish to bullish condition.

 

As for an example, if the indicator is oversold in the bearish territory and in a up sloping condition this is a signal for an aggressive bottom fishing strategy.

 

If the indicator is crossing the zero line from the bearish to the bullish territory, this is a signal for a conservative go long strategy.

 

Like in every trading approach, the trader needs to set strict stop loss and profit targets.
